Love 911 Garage Door! First time they came out was to do home warranty service on my opener. Pauleen was great about finding a time that worked in my schedule and Tyler was so friendly and knowledgeable that when the door started popping, I called them up again. He came out and talked me through what my options were without trying to up-sell me on a brand new door I didn't need! Absolutely awesome! We first used Garage Door 911 a year ago when we bought our house. Tyler came and fixed some dents in the door and resolved a few other concerns I had about the door placement/seal. We had a spring break last week and they were my first call. Better than it's worked in years (quiet and smooth) for a very fair price. TL;DR Replaced the broken spring and the wires that attach the springs to the door and extracted the old wire that had itself wrapped around the wrong place on the 'axle'. He left us oil to lubricate the door after fully oiling the wheels and hinges. See more See less

They worked around my schedule (which was partially my fault because I was dead asleep when they stopped by my house in the morning) and Chris had it install and set up in about 45 minutes. Garage Door 911 saved us $4530 and they were so pleasant to work with. We wanted the seals on the bottom of our 2 garage doors replaced. We called some other business and they said it couldn't be done as there were some small dents along the bottoms. This company is the best. Our garage door broke. 2 rollers off the rail and it was twisted a little. Tyler (who was amazing) was on call and within a hour and a half he had it up and running. We had a spring replaced by them a few years back. Tyler said that the spring was the problem and it was under warranty. We didn't even know we had a warranty. Wow, talk about service! I called on a Thursday and spoke with a very knowledgeable young lady on the phone who addressed my concerns and set up an appointment for the following day. I received a follow up call about 15 minutes before the technician arrived, and as soon as he got to my house, he immediately went to work. This company is family owned and operated, worthy of your trust and you should give them your business. I backed into my bottom garage door panel on the way to take care of some errands. Definitely a (911) emergency as I had to leave the door open and my home vulnerable. I had a problem with my garage door and I had another company come out yesterday. They told me it was around $800 to repair or $1200 to replace. Both options would need to be scheduled sometime in the next week. I called garage door 911 today (Sunday) and Tyler was here in about an hour. He looked at the problem and he had tools and parts in my garage in minutes. Tyler went to work immediately and did a fantastic job repairing the door and replacing the spring. If anyone needs a garage door repair Garage Door 911 was awesome! They replaced a broken spring in our garage today. The guy was really nice, worked fast and even fixed a setting that was messed up (we didn't ask him to he was just going above and beyond) and even tightened up our light bulbs that weren't working due to them being loose. The price was extremely fair and we had called around to several companies beforehand. Hope they are around for years to come, this is who we will be calling whenever the next issue arises. Tyler is the one who came out to fix our door and he even lowered our censors and offered to program our in vehicle garage door buttons as a courtesy. Hailey is the one who scheduled the appointments and she was super pleasant and efficient. I left a vmail after hours and she called back within 10 minutes. They are a small family owned business.
